An excellent balm to assist the body into a natural state of rest and improve dream retention ~ perfect for dream journaling, yet safe enough to use with children. It is a gentle & effective sleep aide ~ a staple for every child’s bedtime ritual. Each batch of herbal oil is started on the full moon and immersed in lunar energy for an entire cycle.
In 1597, herbalist John Gerard was quoted saying Ego Borago Gaudia semper ago, which translates into “I, Borage, bring always courage”. Traditionally used for relieving anxiety and stress, Borage is excellent during times when the spirits need lifting or one’s nervous edge needs softening.
