Ingredients: Calendula officinalis (calendula)*, Symphytum uplandicum (comfrey)*, Lavendula angustifolia (lavender)*, Plantago major (plantain)*, Rubus idaeus (raspberry leaf)*, Capsella busa pastoris (shepherds purse)*, Hamamelis virginiana (witch hazel)*, Achillea millefolium (yarrow)* (* ~ Certified Organic)
Use as a Sitz Bath: Place one sachet in a bowl or pitcher, carefully pour 8 cups of boiling water over the sachet. Allow to steep for 30 minutes. Pour into your bathwater & enjoy.
Use as a Herbal Compress: Soak one sachet in 1-2 cups of warm water for 10 minutes. Gently squeeze out the excess water & apply to perineal area for no more than 20 minutes.
Use as a Peri-Rinse: Place one sachet in one quart of boiling water. Steep to room temperature. Fill peri-bottle with tea infusion & gently wash over perineal area to reduce inflammation & swelling.
